Twitter is a great source of news and information, but it should be noted that the content users consume is directly influenced by the people they follow. Consequently, Twitter users with a vast number of followers are referred to as influencers. It therefore goes without saying that in order to make sure you are consuming information that is relevant and reliable, it is imperative that you follow the right influencers.
